Inspect Your Order
Upon receiving your gown, please inspect the garment immediately for any discrepancies or production flaws within 48 hours of delivery.
Contact Your Local Showroom
Reach out to the specific Bella Bridesmaids showroom where your order was placed to initiate a claim and provide photographic evidence of any issues.
Authorization and Approval
Once our team reviews your request, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide instructions for the return shipment if the claim is approved.
Processing Your Exchange
After we receive and verify the returned item, we will expedite the production of a replacement garment to ensure it arrives well before your event date.
